1. Discovery Session

Schedule a discovery call to discuss your business challenges, AI opportunities, and custom software ideas.
We'll explore AI transformation possibilities and software solutions.
The goal is to figure out if an AI transformation audit and custom software solution is a good fit for your business.

2. AI Business Transformation Audit

  • We interview the key stakeholders and staff
  • Bottlenecks and opportunities are identified
  • The ROI is calculated and presented
  • We map out a strategic AI and software roadmap
  • Implementation steps, timelines and costs are presented.

3. AI & Software Development

3.1. Initial Mock-ups/Designs & Software Architecture

Once you have signed up we kick off with the initial mock-ups and designs, followed by a detailed software architecture plan. This will create the basis for the first couple of months, then we will iterate and create more details as we move along.

We need at least 6-8 features planned out to kick off the software development process.

3.2. Software Development Mode

This process is continuous and iterative, allowing for regular feedback and adjustments to ensure the final product meets your needs. This is a collaborative process.

  • Create feature tasks ready to be developed
  • Prioritize feature tasks based on business value and complexity
  • Development starts on selected feature task
  • The feature tasks is ready for review in test environment
  • Once you are happy with the feature we deploy it to the production live environment

3.3. Host & Bug Fix Only Mode

After the initial commitment phase (normally 3 months), you can pause the software development. This means going into hosting and bug fixing mode only at a much lower fee. (see pricing)
